Cheryl Jones has spent 39 years fostering holistic growth in individuals, emphasizing the balance of body, mind, spirit, heart, and soul. She served notable clients including Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and Caroline Kennedy.

Originating from Connecticut, her passion for a healthy lifestyle led her to pursue higher education in the wellness field, earning a master’s degree in health education and exercise science at the University of Connecticut.

Her exploration into the synergy between health and spirituality directed her to the University of Saint Joseph, where she became a qualified spiritual counselor.

Cheryl is a certified coach and has undergone comprehensive training in Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. Her commitment to mindfulness was recognized nationally when she was named one of the 12 Most Powerful Women of the Mindfulness Movement by Mindful magazine.

Formerly serving as the Director of Mindfulness at Aetna, an American managed health care company, she led the development of Aetna’s Healthy Lifestyle Coaching program available to millions of members. Cheryl has authored two books focused on mindful living and exercise and hosts the Thrive55+ podcast.
