MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

Cheryl teaches evidence-based meditation and will help you to develop a simple practice plan. She has been extensively trained in the world renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn himself and was formerly the Director of Mindfulness at Aetna, an American healthcare company.

Unlike other forms of meditation which involve visualization or promote relaxation, mindfulness meditation involves skill development which translates to the workday.
